These are only available for medicines you are already receiving on a regular basis. Please leave your request in the box at reception and it should be ready for collection after three full working days. Alternatively, we will post it to you if you include a stamped, addressed envelope. You may also fax your request on 020 8863 9815 or e-mail to email@example.com. We also have electronic prescriptions to your nominated pharmacy, if you would like to have this service please would you advice the pharmacy of choice who will advise us accordingly.
In the interests of safety we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
To use Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
