We are writing to share the news that Dr Tam has official retired from the partnership at The Circle Practice as of 31/03/2026.
After 30 years of dedicated service to the NHS and our local community, Dr Tam has decided it is time to hang up the stethoscope and enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
Dr Tam has been an integral part of our team, and we know he will be missed by colleagues and patients alike. We are sure you will join us in thanking him for his incredible hard work and wishing him a long, happy and healthy retirement.
Information for Patients:
Please be assured that we have been planning for this transition to ensure our care remains seamless:
- Medical Records: All patients previously registered under Dr Tam remain registered with the practice.
- Your New Named GP: You will be allocated a new “Name Accountable GP.” This is largely an administrative requirement; and you can still request to see any available clinician at the surgery.
- Ongoing Care: If you are currently undergoing treatment or awaiting results, our clinical team is fully briefed to continue your care without interruption.
